Terms and Conditions
We sell wholesale only to registered businesses. We do not sell to consumers. We can sell to dyers after evaluation. You can’t open an account for a purchase group.
We reserve the right to cancel, close or suspend an account if information provided is not correct or if these terms and conditions are not being respected.
You can’t share your account with other businesses or dyers.
Artigina’s retailers cannot take advantage of consumer discounts on our website (like Promotional Code). All prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimum orders
Initial orders require a minimum purchase of $200. Freight charges and taxes are not included when calculating order minimums.

The initial order may contain these different products respecting the minimum quantity of each one.

Payment
The order payment can be done by credit card or PayPal on our website. Applicable taxes and freight charges will be added to the order. Artigina does not offer any other type of payment or credit.
Shipment Terms
Freight charges are the buyer responsibility. Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
Free shipping, $11.95 flat rates and $2.95 envelope products are not available to resellers.
Orders will be shipped to the account address. We do not make any drop shipping.
Return Policy
We don’t accept any dyes return. If we have made a mistake on an order, please advise us by email (info@artigina.com) and we will give you instructions to return us the goods (must be in resalable condition).
Backorders
Backorder items will be clearly shown on our website.
