Our famous wooden tool for making socks have been sold more than 1000 times! This is the high-end version. We are so proud of the result that we clear out other models to keep only this one. It’s made of real cherry or maple wood (depending on production) and a darker laser engraving.

This wooden tool is handmade and designed in Quebec. The only sock ruler you will need when knitting socks. The tool indicates size chart for men, women and children.

The inscriptions on the ruler are laser engraved (dark engraving). They will not fade over time. Moreover with its good thickness, it will not deform. And lastly, as it is made of wood, it respects the environment.

This measuring tool can be used to accurately measure the length of each part of the sock in progress, whether you are knitting from the toe up or cuff down.

The ruler is made of 3,5 mm (0.14″) real cherry or maple wood (depending on production). It is 30 centimeters (11.8″) long and 5 centimeters wide (1.97″).

The ruler is laser cut, sanded and then finally oiled and polished.

Of course we bring the greatest attention to the making of this ruler, but it’s a wooden tool that may have some variations in the process such as a big variation of color (see pictures) and some visible marks. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only.
