RESTRICTIONS

Some products are not eligible for free shipping.

We reserve the right to limit deliveries to certain remote areas of our standard delivery zone. Orders under $50 and shipments to P.O. boxes may also be refused.

If you have to pay additional fees on your order, we will contact you to ask if you agree to pay for them or if you prefer to cancel your order. If you don’t answer within 48 hours, your order will automatically be canceled.

If you have not received your order after 12 business days, you can reach us using this form.

Shipping time can be longer during busier periods such as the holiday season. Canada Post requests to wait up to 1 month before reporting a lost envelope.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA

We can ship almost anywhere in the world by Canada Post. However, the customer is responsible for customs fees and must inquire about import restrictions in his country.

DAMAGED BOX

If you receive a box which is damaged in transit, you must refuse delivery. We do not ship damaged boxes (with holes or deformed). The box will be returned and we can ship a new one.
