The complete Ashford dye collection except for the two Bright colors! In this set you will find the 12 Ashford dyes colors: Coal, Chocolate, Fuchsia, Gold, Indigo, Orange, Peacock, Red, Samrock, Sapphire, Turqoise, Violet.
The Ashford dyes are very easy to use and the colours are clear and bright. They are weak acid dyes so citric acide and white vinegar can be used to fix the dyes making them suitable for the home dyer. The dyes are for wool, silk and other animal (protein) fibres and are fully concentrated with only 10g (⅓ oz) dyeing 1Kg (2.2lbs) of fibre or yarns.
You can let go your creativity since colors can be mixed to create the desired shade. The possibilities are limitless.
Colours may vary. Different fibres\yarns do not always dye the same colour. Dyeing technique, mordants and water can cause variation. Monitors display colours differently.
Dyeing your own yarn is fun, easy, to your taste and, above all, much less expensive than pre-dyed yarn.
